Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ClawOps.co and any related products, services, software, and professional services (collectively, the "Services"), including ClawOps Pro, ClawOps Launch, and Paid Support.
1) Who We Are
The Services are offered by Hop Holdings Ltd, an Ohio limited liability company, doing business as HopIT ("HopIT," "we," "us," "our"). "ClawOps" is a product/service offered by HopIT.

2) Acceptance of Terms
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind it.
3) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date and may provide additional notice if changes are material. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
4) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
5) Accounts and Security
You're responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activity under your account. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
6) Services Overview
A) ClawOps Pro (Subscription)
Subscription access to skills/tools and related functionality described on ClawOps.co.
B) ClawOps Launch (Install Services)
Professional services to set up OpenClaw on-site or in the cloud per an agreed scope.
C) Paid Support (for Launch customers)
Support plans available to customers who purchased ClawOps Launch, billed on the cadence stated on the invoice (monthly/quarterly/annually).
7) Orders, Invoicing, and Payment Processors
- ClawOps Pro purchases are processed via Paddle.
- ClawOps Launch and Paid Support are manually invoiced (currently via Wave) with payment terms stated on the invoice and/or statement of work.
8) Subscription Renewals and Cancellation (ClawOps Pro)
ClawOps Pro renews monthly unless canceled before renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access typically continues until the end of the current paid period.
9) Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. ClawOps Pro includes a 7-day unconditional full refund for first-time subscribers (first payment only). ClawOps Launch and Paid Support are non-refundable except where required by law.
10) Deposits, Scheduling, and No-Refund Services (ClawOps Launch)
- A deposit is required if not paid in full prior to install; deposits are variable by project but never less than 50%.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- ClawOps Launch service fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
- Scheduling depends on availability and receipt of required payments and information.
11) Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access and accurate information needed for installation/support and ensure you have rights to authorize installation and configuration.
12) Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to break the law, violate rights, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt systems, or reverse engineer except where prohibited by law.
13) Customer Data and Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Do not provide sensitive data (health data, financial account numbers, SSNs) unless we explicitly agree in writing.
14) Intellectual Property
We own the Services and related IP. You retain rights to your content/data and grant us a limited license to process it to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services.
15) Feedback
You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use feedback without restriction.
16) Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
17) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR $100 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANY AMOUNTS).
18) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Services, your data, or your violation of these Terms or law.
19) Suspension and Termination
We may suspend/terminate access for material breaches, security risks, or legal requirements. You may stop using the Services at any time.
20) Governing Law and Venue
Ohio law governs these Terms. Disputes must be brought in state or federal courts located in or covering Summit County, Ohio.
